Fr Patrick O'Grady has been married to Christina since 1975. Their son, Christopher, lives and works in Idaho. Fr Patrick was born and raised in the Roman Catholic Church. After an evangelical Protestant experience and a 20-year career as a Protestant pastor in the Wesleyan tradition, he converted to Orthodox Christianity in 1996. He was ordained as a Deacon in 1998 and then as a priest in 2000. Fr Patrick has taught at Fuller Theological Seminary, LIFE Bible, College of the Siskiyous, Marylhurst College, and Boise State University. He is also the translator and long prophetical books chairman of the newly published Orthodox Study Bible. He is also an Ecclesiarch for the (Self-ruled Antiochian Orthodox Christian) Diocese of Los Angeles and the West with responsibilities in liturgics and sacred music.

Deacon John has been married to Phuong since 1983. They have three children -- Matthew, Timothy and Johannah. Deacon John was ordained as a deacon in December 0f 1996.
